Congratulations to Michael and Ludovic on obtaining the DREAL authorization to provide Mandatory Continuing Training for road haulage drivers!
In our company, the Monitor plays a central role in the deployment of the Group’s QHSE policy.
He or she recruits, integrates, trains and supports our drivers, helping them to improve and develop throughout their career.
The training course for future instructors is a rich learning experience: it demands commitment, self-questioning, dynamism and benevolence.
Candidates for the position of instructor first undergo psycho-technical tests which validate their behavioral aptitudes and technical skills, and enable us to define an individualized training program.
Training then begins with 3 modules with our partner APTH to deepen knowledge of preventive and rational driving, acquire the pedagogy of in-cab accompaniment, classroom training and master the FCO (Formation Continue Obligatoire) program.
Co-leadership with an experienced Group instructor will then consolidate his FCO knowledge.
His training will then be completed by the acquisition, or perfecting, of professional knowledge.
