“Conduite Pluri’elle” Promoting diversity in transport
With our Conduite Pluri’elle program, launched in 2024, we aim to promote diversity in the transport sector
This project is built around three main objectives:
- Increasing the proportion of women among our drivers (goal: 5% women drivers by 2025),
- Breaking down prejudices to encourage gender diversity in a predominantly male sector,
- Identifying key factors to enhance attractiveness.
To achieve this ambition, we have partnered with R.A.S Interim through their “Agir au féminin” initiative. This program seeks to attract female candidates and train them in driving. Through this collaboration, we provide tailored support and comprehensive training to women interested in a driving career.
We launched the Conduite Pluri’elle program in our Samat Rhône-Alpes subsidiary, where two candidates have already had the opportunity to shadow mentor drivers before starting full training, which includes a Professional Driver Certificate, the EC driving license, and ADR certification. Upon completion, they will qualify for positions as SPL drivers with permanent contracts.
This initiative is intended to expand nationally, with upcoming deployments planned in our Samat Provence, Samat Sud, and Samat Normandie subsidiaries.
With Conduite Pluri’elle, we are firmly committed to building a more diverse and inclusive transport sector, ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow
