6. Limitation of liability
Groupe Samat cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to user hardware when accessing the www.samat.com, web site, and resulting either from the use of hardware that does not meet the specifications indicated in item 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
Similarly, Groupe Samat cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of markets or loss of opportunities) resulting from the use of the www.samat.com web site.

Groupe Samat reserves the right to remove any content placed in this area which is in breach of legislation applicable in France without notice, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. 7. Personal data management
In France, personal data is protected, in particular, by the n° 78-87 Act of 6 January 1978, the n° 2004-801 Act of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
