Djibril Kamara and Guillaume Fontaine, two new graduates in our teams.

Djibril and Guillaume seized the opportunity to challenge themselves in their managerial positions.

To complete their initial training, they decided to take a Local Manager diploma (BTEC Higher National Diploma).

This training course was organized with our partner CESI, and lasted 22 days over 12 months.

They worked on a variety of topics such as labor law, the manager’s added value, professional communication, etc., and acquired new leadership methods and tools for day-to-day use.

Djibril and Guillaume had to show their resilience, their ability to question their knowledge and transcend themselves.

After completing the skills blocks at the center and writing a professional dossier which was presented to a jury of professionals, Djibril and Guillaume obtained their diplomas.
